| Founded by Ohio Based Company L and L Distribution Inc. in 2008 by,Ceo Duane Grigsby JR. Duane started out with his business as a successful Property Asset Manager and as a contractor for several banks such as Wells Fargo and Federal National Morgage as well as a Real Estate Investor , Automotive Broker,teacher and coach . However, this Detroit Native's first love is music!!, Duane worked with local artists helping them run their band like a business with some of the same strategies he utilized in real estate,then JR Management was born!! Duane got tired of hearing the same bubble gum music that the industury is putting out, but noticed there was more talent in the independent and underground industry.
